Can a Mugen HeadGasket be used more than once?
well think about it... is 125 too much to spend to ensure that your motor doesn't go to *****?
buy it.
why u gettin mugen, they cost alittle too much
if you dont wanna spend the money on a Mugen gasket, just grab an OEM gasket and remove the middle layer.
OEM - Middle Layer = Spoon 2 piece
OEM - Middle Layer = Spoon 2 piece

I have reused a Spoon 2 layer before. It only had about 1000 miles on it, but I reused it. I also have ARP head studs to help seal. Not sure if that has any bearing iwth the stock head fasteners...

This doesn't pertain to a B-series engine but, I had a friend who had a D16Z6 engine, he swapped the head numerous times (tested ported heads) reusing the same stock metal headgasket- I'd say more than 4 times, never had any problems.
dunno if this will put any faith in your quest to reuse an aftermarket gasket.

I am lazy and cheap, I would jsut buy another, to much time involved in taking a head off and back on to find out if the gasket still seals. Kind of reminds me of someone changing pistons and rings but reusing rod bearings.
