Default questions about building a b20 head

i am planning on building my spare b20z head with crower 404s and valvetrain and also doing a port and polish, 3 angle valve job, milling the head about .20" and flattening the valves along with cleaning.

the valves are burnt so regardless should it be better to buy fresh SS crower valves or buy new oem honda valves and get them flattened? also what would my compression (rough estimate) would be with this done? i kno i kno not a e dyno but i am looking to try for 170+ @whp which i think can be done w/o building the bottom end. ill prolly be tuning wit a afc also but i wanna get a figure on what my compression should be at.

thanks
cliff
