Some people say they have solved the grinding/crunch problem when shifting by replacing the honda MTF with a GM MTF. I'm not sure of which exact one, but do a search on CRSX.

I have a quaife with final drive and the Royal Purple Syncromax works sweet.

How is that quaife eddie? I see you post on CRSX a mad lot. Did it take a while to relearn how to launch? I'm definately gonna get that quaife when I get my tranny work(clutch/flywheel/ITR FD/quaife/TSX 6th gear) done.

I love the quaife, my launches and burnouts are great. It also comes off of a corner like nobody's business.

I had excellent results with this stuff in my b-series trannies, and so have a number of my friends.
