Can I move B16A intake cam to exhaust side?
I have a B16A 2nd gen engine. I am about to shell out $200 for an ITR exhaust cam (to go with my Jun 2 intake cam). However, it struck me that the specs on the ITR exhaust cam are very similar to the intake cam on my B16A. Both have 10.5 mm lift. The ITR exhaust has 235 degrees duration, while the B16A intake is just a little lower at 230 degrees. It seems like I could save $200 and get almost the same performance by just moving my B16A intake cam to the exhaust side (along with the stock intake springs).
I did some searches and couldn't find any information on this. Has anyone tried it? Any reason why it wouldn't work?

Come on guys. Someone must know something about this. Was it such a stupid question that no one wants to embarrass me by responding?
It wouldnt work, the intake cam is made to connect to the distributor so you'd most likely get oil leakage. I'm pretty sure people would have been doing this for a long time before now if it was possible.
