Default what kinda power should i expect?

p&p head
p&p intake manifold
bored to 68mm TB
crower stage 2 with idle lobes
aem v2
greddy headers
msd ignition, wires, coil, cap and rotor, bosche +4 plugs
fidanza flywheel
exedy organic clutch
hondata s100
that is basically what i am planning and also aem cam gears and pulleys

iv read that the crower cams are good at 0/0 so i don't need the adjustable cam gears and the pulleys, well i have a system and it might cause me to have idling problems? should i still get them?

what kind of power do you think ill get from this setup?

its on a 93 prelude VTEC with jdm head

First off the USDM and JDM heads are identical, seriously nothing is different (to my knoledge)...

Also beware that most people will not be able to guess what your whp will be. Thats because running rich/lean will determine it all. If everything went well I'd say that with a strong motor you should be able to put down 210 easily. Honestly though, get on a dyno and figure that **** out (wait... this is hypathetical isn't it?). Either way you will get little to no feed back with posts that are impossible to answer and lack proper grammer.

Sorry to hype on you again about grammer, it's just I think the better you present a topic, the more response you will get back. Good luck man, and don't be afraid to use the search button.

oh, and the reason that I bolded your choice of header is that I had no clue you swapped a 6 cylinder in there(four-bangers only have one header...).
BTW my greddy heaer cracked at the welds and discolored extremly quick for a stainless steel one. Plus they seem pretty unwilling to do any sort of return/exchange...

I think you might hit 200 with good tuning I don't think that setup will hit any higher than that
