Code 14 on 95 ex coupe

Code 14 on 95 ex coupe
Ok i searched and can not find anything that is useful. i just installed my intake manifold on my z6 and i repllaced both the TB gasket and the manifold gasket. My idel is at 1400 and goes to 1500. And then the code gets thrown(14) what could it be?
