Default pleasehelp me

my girl let me borrow her car today. i have a mr2 but its getting tuned by blitz right now. she has a 94 lude type s. i did an ooil change and spark plug wire change. her car won't idle right now and when i give it gas it pops and exhaust smells like gas. what happened. also can anyone give my order for plug wires to go one. thanks

That sucks man, I have no idea how changing the oil and wire set could do that! Sorry I am of no help, but good luck!

Go to auto zone and look in one of those books about your car. That should possibly tell you the order of the plugs, if not, go to the nearest Firestone or something in that nature and see if they will print you up a sheet on the fireing order of your car

I'm no mechanic, but If it's not ideling right check all the plugs to make sure there on right, also check the wires to make sure they are all delivering a charge. If my guess is right, one of the plugs is not fireing, hence the gas isn't being burned(the smell, and the missing engine). Thats my guess, but thats all it is is a guess. Good luck!

Might also check the gap on the plugs, one might be to far to jump the gap.
If worse comes to worse with the idle just udjust the throttle cable, and turn it down or up accordingly.

Her car isn't idling right because you didn't match the wires up correctly... That is the whole problem right there. I bet you most likly have cyl. 3 into cyl. 4. 4 Comes before 3 mostly on honda dis. caps.
