Header is in great shape. Has a small ding on bottom tube that you cant even really notice. I painted it with Black VHT high temp paint. Paint holds up excellent. I had the paint on it for 4 months of use on my car and it never flaked or anything.
Only selling header, not cat connected to it.

that header looks like you just painted it... and that black cap for a spray can in the pic would suggest the same...

he could have just touched it up. i would do the same if i painted it and then took it off to sell.

 

ya thats what I did, it was painted about 5 months ago then I ran it on my car for a little over 4 months.
I repainted it for the new owner, difficult to take out a header without a scratch or two.
