Default JUN II cams(how to ID?)

a guy is selling some used JUN II cams and i was wondering if anyone knows how to identify these to tell if they are real or not? what do i loom for or ask for pics of?

nevermind i found the answer...

H002=intake
H102=exhaust

those #'s will be stamped on he end of each cam

to all the people of the future who look for this answer...here it is

were they stamped on or engraved?

the exhasut one i just got had H102 - 053 engraved on the end...

Thats not true. I bought a set from inline four a year ago and they were stamped. When I did my rebuild, I had my cams sent out and checked, and I found out that they were regrinds and stamped with the jun stamp.

The cam didnt have the key way, so the shop had a set of Jun 3s. They put them next to each other and you could tell the difference, so I had them sent out and measured and looked at. Thats how I found out. **** Inline Four.

That sucks about inline four...

My juns are ENGRAVED as I believe they all are in a little factory of japanese elves working round the clock...

The best practical way would probably to bring a good set of dial calipers and measure the lobes...
Im not sure what the specs are but im sure there out there somewhere!
