99 Accord V6 supercharged or turbo??
I'm new to this forum and I was just wondering should I supercharge or turbo my 99 V6 auto Accord?? And if I turbo it is there anyway I can switch it to a manual? Which tranny would I use? I appreciate all replies.
Supercharger and do a tranny cooler. Swapping transmissions in those cars is very expensive and is not for someone that is new to swaps and working on cars.

I'm not new to doing swaps, I'm just new to the forum. I had a 95 4dr Accord with and H22a I swapped in and it was turbo charged. It had alot of power and I want alot of power from my new Accord too. But thanx for the replies peeps.

Not to be a bother or anything but I'm interested in the turbo CL-S trans V6 your talkin about. If it isn't a problem could you tell me more on how I could perform this swap?
Im not sure its been done yet...but some crazy bastard will take on the task some day. If you do though write up a DIY for the rest of us
The question is, do they make the turbo manifolds for the V6.
I would supercharge.....the 6 has better torque, and after all the supercharger steals power to make power via a belt drive. With moderate boost, and a fuel pressure riser, quite a bit of additional power could be had supercharging. Probably way cheaper too.......
Just my opinion.

Well there are turbos that can be used but there are not kits. Yes supercharging is belt driven but it does not rob power in the grand scheme. The small bit of power lost is a small price to pay for the overall power gained. On the turbo system idea, yes it is possible and people have done it but not very many. Most of the people that have done it just did it to have a turbo and did not really build their kits to make as much power as they could. And baGged is right anything can be done with the right amount of money.
