I searched but didn't find anything specific-

Its been this way for awhile but since I changed plugs, put a new filter on my CAI and adjusted my valves, its worse.

Its a gassy smell and is most noticeable at idle. It comes about as soon as I start it up, but more so when I'm bangin around or driving for awhile. No smoke is coming out of the muffler.

I'm running a header, hi flo cat and N1 catback. I think I can hear a leaky noise sometimes from under the car, but I'm not sure. You think its just the cat? could it be a gasket?

You already answered your own question bro... HI Flow cat - does not convert catalysts as much as stock...

 

"Gassy" as in gasoline or flatulence? The leaking you hear could be an exhaust leak, or your cat may have taken a crap. If I redline my engine through first, second, and third, I smell rotten eggs, which means my cat is taking a crap on me! But I still pass smog, so I just try not to drive it too hard.
