Are the main front bumper connectors the fasteners behind the parking lights with the 6mm allen heads and the four screws in the front wheel wells - 2 each side. Any help you might provide in describing how to remove the bumper in order to replace the headlight lens would be appreciated.

 

There are four bolts holding the bumber on. Remove the the front running lights and you can get to them that way. Make sure you remove the screws attaching the bumper to the body(toward the front of the front wheel well). Also you will need a decent size extension to reach the bolts holding the bumper on.
