Dealer problems
I brought my bike into the honda dealer LAST WEEK and i asked them to replace the CCT on my bike, if you have had any experience with 01 F4i's then you would know these things rattle like a son of a bitch.
Well after absolutely no communication for a whole week i called them today and they said my bike has been done for a day know. The first thing i said to him was "Well thanks for the call" and then i asked him so im all set with the CCT? and he said No we didn't replace it!! I was seriously about to flip out on him but i let him talk and he said that we didn't hear a rattle and then i flipped out saying that i can hear that ******* thing rattle when im doin 70 down the highway with a full face helmet on. and he insists that ALL inline 4's rattle and i said and i quote "O so you wouldn't mind starting up the bikes in your showroom to see if they rattle, ya know since they all rattle" and this guy had the nerve to say well wear ear plugs when your driving at that time i said "so there is a rattle" and right before he answered i hung up the phone i was just too pissed off.
I went to this same dealer last year and talked to the very same guy i did last week and he said that it was the CCT and i should get it fixed and when i got my tires done a month ago the first thing the guy said to me on the phone was that my CCT is pretty loud and i should do something about it. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH FUFDSAFHIODSFDFHFDDSFIUFDSU!!!!!
looks like im gonna have to bring it to another honda bike dealer so they can fix it instead of just saying "nothing is wrong" im gonna ask him when i go pick it up if he ever heard the phrase "The customer is always right"? Well have fun reading my problems i hope you enjoyed them.

The didn't refuse to do any work they just said nothin is wrong and that the rattle i hear is most likely just "regular valvetrain noise" and is absolutly positivly not the CCT which it is and the CCT would be covered under warranty
