Default stroking a b16a

ok guys i wrote before bout how to stroke my engine with type r parts and i got lots of different answers. I did a little bit of research and found out that toda makes a stroker kit for a b16a and its stroke 87.2mm the same found on a type r cranksaft so, if a toda crank with a stroke of 87.2 would work without hitting my valves, then why would a type r not work???
