There's also going to be a DRIFTING COMPETITION held in the paddock while the HPDE is going on, so even if you're not driving on track, there's plenty of action to keep you entertained.

IT IS STILL ON!!.. BENR and I have signed up a couple of week ago. Rachel (GSRgrrl) IMed me saying you two are going. Have you signed up? Right now we are in HPDE1 because of not knowing how experience others are and just wanted everybody to be in the same run group. If people are comfortable in HPDE3, then I will change it to 3.

It's good to hear that you are almost there. Good choice on the CRV. Congrat!! I bought one for my father in 01 and he has driven it 75K and not a single problem..

Seriously, the spectacle of a dozen R's moving *ahem* smartly through traffic on the Golden Gate bridge was the funnest part of the last NorCal meet for me. The only lame part was Chris getting stuck with all those leftover sadwiches from all the no-shows You know who you are
