Euro R Intake manifold on an H22
My accord is built with an H22. I Have an AEM cold air, MSD ignition, Spoon plug wires, V-AFC controller, Greddy 4-to-1 stainless header, 2 1/5" piping to dual Skunk2 Megapowers, and plan to turbo
. The only downside to my motor is the intake manifold and throttle body
. I can't figure out what set up to go with. Some say to go with the Euro R manifold and a 70mm throttle body, and I've heard others say to go with a Venom or Golden Eagle manifold with a 68mm throttle body. If you know anything about The best set up for an H22 intake manifold and throttle body, I would appreciate your advise. By the way- If anyone has camshafts(preferably Skunk2 stage2, JUN or TODA), an intake manifold (Euro R) or throttle body (68-70mm) for sale please contact me @ toddbartle66@hotmail.com
Thanks

IMO, the euro r intake manny is a waste of money....theres plenty of alternatvie options that willb e better......if ur planning on turboing, dont get cams yet.....wait till u turbo, then get a lobe designed for turbo apps (will help to prevent detonation as well)
better yet, port out the head, knife edge the runners, bore the TB, polish everything, and get rid of the dual exhaust!....then ull be set hella maaad jdm styl3 y00
Damn you have all those performance mods for your car, yet you have dual mufflers? That's weird. When you go turbo, you should get bigger exhaust piping; at least 2.5 inches in my opinion.

What? Why? The throttle body I can understand, but whats wrong with your intake manifold?

There is nothing wrong with the stock manifold. Send your manifold to a company like Erick's Racing and have them work it.
Are you aware the fastest all motor honda on earth uses a ported GSR intake manifold? Yeah, thats right, not a huge single runner.
What could you possibly need aftermarket NA camshafts like Skunk or Jun with a turbo setup? Your stock cams or Type S cams are perfect for making tons of power. BTW, Toda doesnt make anythin for the h22a
It sounds to me like you are totally clueless, no offense, but before you start burning your money I suggest you do some research.
