Corrosion warranty?

Corrosion warranty?
Got this from a carfax and my car does have rust, what does corrosion warranty mean? does it mean if my car has signs of rust I can bring it back to the dealer to get it fixed or what?

It covers body panels rusted completely through from the inside out.

mine just started from the inside but it's not rusted right through yet
