I would like to know if with the stock b20z pistons, 2 layer headgasket and ITR cams is there any clearance issues with the stock b20z pistons.

b20z pistons...head milled ".020...toda b's...no problem

i myself have a b20b block, .020 milled off my head, stock b16a cams, 2 layer headgasket, no problem, i am putting in PHK pistons in about 2 weeks, then going back to a stock headgasket and going with an ITR valve train

i say use a STOCK head gasket, and you should be fine

you need to make bigger valve reliefs for the bigger vtec valves.

I did a B20zVtec for my best friend in his 94 teg. Stock B20z block, pistons, crank, and rods. With a stock GSR head, cams, and the stock mani ported. Stock B20 head gasket, no milling, or grinding on the pistons. Stock GSR ECU with a VAFC. The car is his daily driver, AC, power steering, full interior...........and it runs 13.9s in the 1/4. I am not a fan of milling or two layer gaskets.
