Teg still not starting
My integra still wont start. ( i recently posted a query as to why my 1990 b16a wouldnt start or even fire, It wouldnt do anything even when trying to jump start it or tow start it. I checked all the fuses and they are sweet.) Someone said to check the connections to the starter motor and while they are all sweet I am wondering if maybe there is a problem under my dash. My car had a bad leak where water would come in under my dash and out by the pedals, when ever it rained. Im thinking that maybe the water has eroded a contact somewhere? Does this sound very likely? If so does anyone know where I should be looking, and if there is an easy way to tell if this is the problem, without pulling my dash out?
I have had similar prob. It was the water getting into the spark plug tubes and the ignition coil in the distributor resulted from the high pressure hose used ealier on the weekend. I cleaned and try these components out and the Teg start on the first try.
If this does not work for you, it may be the Ignition coil faulty inside your Distributor. Get it check out

Do you get power to the lights/gauges? Does it crank? Does it get spark? Does the fuel pump turn on? You have to diagnose it slowly like that and slowly narrow it down.
