Help with Springs
I have eibach springs and AGX ajustable shocks.
My front driver side started making sqeeking noise as I stop and go, after I changed my axle.
When lowering the car should I be greasing the rubber cup that goes over the spring? Should I be replaceing the rubber cup? I think that rubber piece is causing this noise.
When I took the old ones off, I had to use a spring compressor when I put the 1.8 eibach sportlines on I didn't have to compress them. They were alittle loose when installed on the shock and tighted as far as it would go.
Any help will be appreciated.

Based on what you said, I would check to make sure the spring was seated properly and that the rubber pad was placed so that the coil itself doesn't rub against the upper mount.

i agree.. when i installed some new springs on a friend's car, his previous aftermarket springs were sitting against the top mount all wrong.. it was half way out and the rubber bushing was all folded.. so check to make sure the top bushing is nicely cupped around the top of the spring and that the springs are seated properly at both the shock perch and the top mount.
