hmm how did you come up with 1800 ? not trying to hate on your post but i dont see where the 1100 dollars went to in the list you mentioned, considering a b20z/b longblock goes for 750 here in socal all day.

 

all the machine work. ballancing crank, new pistons. yeah a block might only cost 750. but there's a lot of other stuff involved plus all new parts.

 

You won't get $1800 for that unless you find an ignorant fool.

 

That price is like cheech and chong high. Nobody in there right mind would pay that for a b20b short block, it wouldn't matter if it was dipped in gold? I wouldn't pay that for a completely rebuilt b20 longblock?

 

id pay like $500... people get confused and think they can make money on car parts.. foolish people

 

How much would someone pay? I was just instrested in knowing. I was thinking about buying one.
