Ok, I just got my car back from the shop. New axles, tie rods, ball joints...etc. Well, im driving at low speed and I push the clutch in to downshift into 2nd and when I push it in it makes a pooping noise. I can feel it through my clutch pedal, and my friend felt it through the floorboard. Also, when Im going into first from a stop it does the pooping deal too. It makes the noise right when the clutch grabs...so Im thinking its my clutch going out...maybe a throwout bearing... I dunno. Any ideas?

 

You might need new fluid. I had a loud metal on metal like sound when i went from 2nd-3rd...... My answer was GM syncromesh...... But dont take my word for it... let an expert check it out first

 

I just put it the Gm shizzy when I changed my oil about a month ago. I think my motor mount inserts are shitty. That also explains why my car makes a loud CLUNK everytime I shift hard.

 

simple...bring it back to the shop.
