Default GS/GSR parts Interchangeable?

I recently had a friend who picked up a 3rd gen Integra GS and I'm wondering if my 97 GSR's springs/shocks are stiffer than the GS's. He'd like to have them and I want to get them out of here. Also, would the shock mounts, dust covers, and bumpstops from the GS work with the GSR springs/shocks?

Funny, I would've thought they would have been at least a little stiffer. . .
