Default Keeping Flat Black Rims Clean...

Im having a tough time keeping my flat black rims looking clean. I Like the shiny, "just oiled up" look but the stuff Ive been using (tire oil) gets all drippy and inconsistant, and still gets dusty and flat looking fast.
Do I need to bite the bullet and clear coat them??
What do you guys use??

Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks

*oh, and this my very well be the wrong board. Sorry admins *

Sell them and get rims meant to shine. Flat black.... think about it.

flat black certainly isnt meant to shine, and black wheels arent really hard to keep clean

no brake dust, just some dirt

I use the "No Touch" aerosol spray when I want the shiney look. These are powdered flat black.

I can make my flat black wheels look shiny if the mood fits me. Can't make your shiny black wheels flat unless you sand them down. That's why.

Yeah...I have flat black wheels as well, and I just mist them with my tire foam really quick when I'm doing the tires and then wipe em down . Does a pretty good job.

Unfortunately, the brake dust ends up looking reddish brown, and still looks like ***.
