Default runnin rich correction?

if you get cams you want to get new fuel regulator and injectors and everything to gain performance right? so if my car is running rich by instaslling my cams slightly correct the running rich problem?
if this is a stupid question just say it

Depends on where and how much more efficient the cam is in breathing. Some parts may gain efficiency and lean it out, and some parts may lose efficiency and richen it up even more.

i think ill put them in and if it richens it more ill get a SAFC ill need one when i go turbo anyway
