Exhaust pipe routing the same?

between a 92-96 vtec and an si? i know the header is a different, but are the cat-backs be interchanged?

I'll try and double check, but I know my buddys girl has an Si with a gready on it that was ment for the vtech... He said that he had to "modify" it slightly, but since he doesn't own ether pipe bending grear or a welder, I would immagine that it works w/o to much trouble.
