Hey guys, having some problems with my new allmotor setup...

1999 USDM B18C1 [GSR] motor
~1500 miles on motor since rebuild
JDM ITR .25 OS Pistons
Re-conditioned GSR Rods
All new Bearings, Gaskets, Seals
Bottom end Rebuilt by SGT Racing [Steve Sakai]
All new Valve seals
Brand new OEM Upper Gasket Set
Head Resurfaced and Bead Blasted
JDM 4-1 DC Header [Stainless Steel]
2.5” Hi-flow Catalytic Converter
2.5” Mandrel Bent Exhaust Piping
Magnaflow Oval Muffler
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator and Gauge
Spare GSR Distributor
Toda Lightweight Flywheel
Exedy Clutch [~20k miles]

The thing is the car will not idle by itself when the motor is cold, I have to slightly push in the gas to let it warm up, and then it will SORT of idle..

It then usually fluctuates from 900-1100, but will sometimes drop almost dead but shoots right back up...

There are no CEL's, so its really no help... I changed my dizzy to a Civic SI dizzy since I accidently dropped my GSR one
