well, there's no such thing as a 5G (97-01) Prelude Si, only the regular Prelude or Type SH... the SH is about 70-90 lbs. heavier though...
as for a 5G Prelude and a 96 Supra, i don't know the torque figures on the Supra, but I will not it is a heavier car... so I'd probably guess the 5G Prelude would pull ahead (unless the driver of the Prelude was really heavy)... weight it going to be the deciding factor in the race IMHO
