i had a b16a engine in my 93 honda EG and i recently dropped a 96 jdm b18c motor in it. the jdm wiring harness is flipped around so i used my b16a wiring harness. im wondering if that will effect anything such as power and will it be just as good if i had the jdm wiring harness in it. the check engine light came on and the engine codes are 20, 23, and 36 what should be done so it doesnt come on in the future and i am using my sir ecu. i hadnt have time to put in the itr ecu. but i will swap the ecu tomorrow
