OK i have a set of 17" wheels with a +42 offset.
by the way it looks if I lower my car 1.50" - 2.25" and i hit a bump my rear tire will hit the rear fender lip.

Does anybody have a 4th gen with +42 offset wheels with a drop ??
Will it hit ??

 

you should be fine... my wheels are +42 (OEM offset basically) and they tuck quite nicely and closely to the fender, but will never hit. no way no how.
