difference in cat from 94-97 integra rs/ls and 98-01 integra rs/ls

difference in cat from 94-97 integra rs/ls and 98-01 integra rs/ls
looking to buy one of those "high flow" cats or really a resonated pipe from ebay, but I'm not sure what is the difference between them. Also, is the bolts on an integra header roughly 90 degrees off of a civic one?
