obd1 dizzy ignition signal wire voltage?

obd1 dizzy ignition signal wire voltage?
I was comparing distributors, and is it normal for the ignition signal wire from a obd1 dizzy to return around 6.1 volts to the ecu? In my Helms manual for OBD0, its normal for an obd0 dizzy to return 10 volts. Anybody know about this?
