Anyone know of a color that comes close, if not perfect to the JDM H22A Blue color used on the valve cover?

Yeah, I have a sample of the color that I want (The Second pic) but I'm not sure if the powdercoating people will be able to match it.... I should see if I can borrow an H22A blue valve cover from my local speed shop. I know they have one. It would be cool if they could scan the valve cover to match the paint.

I'll keep everyone posted. In the mean time, I would be cool if someone could find an actual paint code or something.... Not sure how custom color matches work without a sample, if its as simple as telling the person how much blue, green or red to use to mix it up.... Its a friggen science!
