91 accord dx Power steering problem HELP!
Ok the other night my 91 honda accord DX started pushing powersteering fluid out the cap when ever i turned to the drivers side... and it now whines around corners... bad pump or bad rack? if its a bad rack... can anyone tell me how to evacuate the system... because i will have no powersteering for a long while...

more than likely a bad rack. its creating too much backpressure and pushing the power steering fluid the wrong way. im not too sure how to bleed the power steering fluid out tho.
