aight, need some advice, info and opinons on turboin my d15Beast7
aight, heres the deal, my goal is 225-250 whp, ok with that said that goal is not with the d15b7, its with the jdm d15b i will be swapping eventually, now my original plan was to swap then boost, but now ive had another idea, ive been reading alot on uberdata lately and the program really intrigues me, the thought knowin that not only did i piece together and install my own turbo kit but i also tuned it myself, heck yea, so the thing is, why not go ahead and boost the b7, run uberdata, and use it as a learning experience with self tuning and about turbos in general instead of risikin an 800 dollar swap to my beginer tuner skills? what do you guys think of this idea?
also im looking at a Turbo that has a exhaust turbine A/R of .48 and a compressor trim of 60 with the Compressor housing of 3.00" inlet and 2.00" outlet. how will the lag be on this turbo i know it sounds a litlle big when do u think id hit max boost? id only be lookin for 5-6 psi on the b7 daily and 7 max, and then eventually tuning well with the new jdm d15 gettin up near 10-11 psi.
any info advice or opinions on all this would be awesome thanks guys
cliffs, got d15b7, gettin d15b, should i learn about uberdata tuning and turbos by turboin b7 and then gettin d15b? and hows a 60 trim turbo sound? to much lag? info opinions advice

i doubt your gonna reach your hp goal, and tuning it is not easy if you've never done it before. your so called learning experience is going to be swapping the motor when it blows. Be careful
yea that is a very ambitious goal considering id have stock internals i suppose more like 200whpish is more realistic
