Default Crower Cams, and what I need

Hey people, Im in the process of installing my Apex-i Vafc controller, headers, exhaust, intake, milling the head .18 and then the cams. I was looking at crower stage 2 cams, and I was wondering if anyone knows if i should get all new springs, retainers and rocker arms. Or just get inner springs? And also if anyone could help me with installation.

Here is what I know how to do so far (please bare with me, Im new at internal stuff)
1. Remove valve cover, and everything in the way of removing the timing belt, cams and all that.
2. Remove bolts that hold cams in place, remove cam gears.
3.pull the cams out.
4. check for any wear blah blah, then replace springs, retainers and rocker arms.
5. bolt cams onto gears, slide cams in and torque them down.
But I get lost with timing, how can I do it where I dont mess it up? I was speaking generally, but this seems WAY to simple.
THANKS TO ANYONE WHO HELPS!!!

If you are refferencing adjusting the timing belt .. you need to use a timing light and follow the instructions. If you are refferencing how to get the cams set in properly. Well you are suppose to use a degree wheel to set them. Most people dont. I didnt. The car ran a little froggy until i got the cams tuned on a dyno.

Just go ahead and do a valve adjustment while you have it apart too.

i believe that CROWER, not Crowler... recommends that you do change the valve train when using stage twos. But its your car. You can always go portflow, or itr, or itr portflow combo.

What head is this for?

BEFORE you unbolt everything line the engine up so cyl 1 is TDC. then leave the car in gear. that way when you put the cams back in you line them up TDC check to make sure the crank is stilll TDC and then put the T belt on.

if you wanna get **** about it.. do the normal procedure for checking the timing. record where its at.. then when you install the new cams check it again.. any variation on the intake cam will show a different timing setting... even with stock cams a few ponies and tq can be gained with a set of adj. cam gears
