183whp with stock block and stock cams
can anyone tell me if these #s are average or above average or if you have any comparisons

you're going to have to be more specific by what you mean by a built head. what intake and exhaust are u running?
otherwise, it looks pretty strong. does stock cams mean stock gs-r cams, or itr/ctr cams?

stock gsr cams and a fully built head, swirl polished valves, titanium retainers, full port work...short ram intake with an open header
