Default JDM P13 governor

Does any one know if i can override the 113mph speed governor on a JDM P13? Thanks for lookin.

I know you can if you get a feilds Vtec contoller. I used to have one hooked up and you had the option of disabeling it (It hooked up to the vehicle speed wire I think...). Other than that I don't know, I'd like to know though too.

By chipping the ECU you can remove the speed govenor. But why would you want to go over 113 mph anyways?

Long Long stretches of road and too much testosterone I suspect. I've personally hit it a couple of times, but I don't really recommend it.

How can you "chip" the ecu this way? And I just realized that it is 118 MPH for me in my JDM P13...

meh...I wouldn't reccommend it, and it's pointless, unless you want to lose your license. Also, I don't think you're going to hit that in a quarter mile, unless you have some serious dough put into your prelude...your call though.

113mph thats not even 190km you wouldn't lose you license at least over here you wouldn't

i can chip your jdm p13 for you with a spoon program. that gets rid of your speed limiter, and has a 8500 rev limit, and a 5k vtec

wadup bro, you said somthin about chippin ecu. well i have a 93 usdm h22a1 prelude, and for some reason im hitting the rev limiter at 65k instead of 75k, i can't figure out wats causin it, and how would you do that? lemme know thanks
