How many real JDM/ITR's are there in the states??? Anyone have good REAL answer?
No flames, No B*ll Sh*t, I'm serious if theres a way to find out just how many real RHD imported R's there are here in the U.S..
So some kid came up to me at a gas station and after a short conversation in which he looked over my car and saw that it was in fact an R. Mentioned that the salvage and towing company that owned the garage had a real RHD, Blue JDM/ITR in their posession and that they are getting ready to either sell it or Auction it off. The kid went on to say that the car was a drug reposession and that the company he worked for repo'd it and they are interested in auctioning it off for a starting bid of $14,000. and then went of to say just how rare it was and that, that was a great starting price to start at.
H'mmm I'm skeptical and also smelling some rotton fish. So, I thought some of you might have some answers and also some questions and even some advice.
The thing is, that My R as some of you know is debadged and dewinged. He obviously knew some stuff and was either an enthusiest or just any other number or random combination things that doesn't calculate correctly.
Food for thought guys, I'm all ears.. Oh and BTW if this sounds fishy, I know a good honest friend that is a cop in that town, So...
Thanks,
A.
