i have an ls hatch and a rev hard turbo kit with 160 thermostat and fan running all the time will an aluminum help my car run cooler. it overheats during the day in sun on highway. it is allright around town as long as heat is on.

 

Go for an all aluminum radiator. My fan rarely turns on, even when I'm sitting in traffic in the hot Arizona heat
