OT: Acura sent me a FREE $100 Gift Card....
...redeemable for anything in parts or service at my local dealer. i couldn't believe it. its a really nice gesture and promo to bring people in, apparently with no strings attached. just go in and spend it.
just wondering how many other R owners(original buyers i guess) received this card and does it really work?

The only thing I got was a call from the dealer who sold me the car 1 year after I got it saying my car had a birthday.

hmmmm..."bbasso" seems to be the only one so far besides me confirming this card. i hope he didnt really trash it because apparently its a gift card towards a purchase , meaning parts too, and not just service. the card doesnt say anything about having to bring your acura into the dealer(i wouldnt either unless it was my last resort).
it looks like a nationwide card, so i'm sure there are many others who would get this, im guessing randomly now. i won't know for sure how legit this thing really is until i spend it, so i hope some of you guys find it in the mailbox too. good luck
