Default Video monitor with Guages

Does anybody know if it is possible to put gauges on a video screen? I have looked all over, and haven't been able to find anything. If any has heard of anybody doing this or a website into which I could find some more info would be great.

any idea on where to find the mugen product, I looked over the internet, and wasnt able to find anything.

I work electronics retail, and have heard of the n1, but I already have the monitor, and didn't have the money to drop 2g's on a in-dash.

The monitor does not have a vga in put on it. If you look at the hks, one, it is called a Computerized Automobile Multi Player, that is why I called it a computer.
