you know, i put a CAI on my roommate's 95. we only capped one vac line that came from around the front left headlight. the funny thing is, we started the car, everything seemed great, but when we tried to go, the D4 light(automatic trans.) was flashing. we turned it off, then turned it back on, and everything was perfect. he drove it for a week, then took it to vegas. to my amazement, he called me on the way, just after he broke 125 mph. his governer used to be set at 115 mph, as mine is. don't know what we did to accomplish that, but now i can't beat him, because i top out at 115. that's what i get for helping a friend. anyone that has knowledge on this, please inform! no problems since the flashing light. we also had to put a micro filter on the nipple sticking out of the valve cover. you know, where your gasses would normally get thrown back into your intake?

i capped the vacume line that is by the passenger side headlight also
there is another vac line that i am refering to on the firewall by the intake manifold there are 4 lines that come together on the top middle of the firewall i believe capping or not capping the top left line has some effect that your talking about which is what im trying to figure out now becuase i didnt have this line capped becuase i overlooked it and my revlimiter and govenor hadnt kicked in at all i could do 135. there is also that connector that i left unconnect what did you all do with that??

No, GSR & ITR don't have speed governor. And only automatic 5th gen accords have speed governors. 5spd ones don't.
