yeah you can do it but you need the computer for it ... it costs 4000 bucks ... take it to a dealer or a locksmith they can do it for you ... is your car a ls or a gsr ?? the reason i am asking is because i have a theft recovery 2001 gsr i am fixing and i also need the ignition lock... i found one from a 2000 LS model but i dont know if it has the immobolizer

 

4g? Holy... well i didn't know Locksmith can do the job? you mean any kind locksmith?? yeah my car is a 2000 GS
and all model from 2000 and up has immoboilizer function built-in

 

4 grand are you serious just to reprogram it. I thought it would be like 100 bucks

 

I think he meant that the computer that acura or a locksmith would use cost 4grand.
