I'm looking to replace my front bumper cuz I basically got it raped. Anyways, I found a "OEM bumper" on ebay for like 50, plus 50 shipped.

The guy's record is pretty clean, would u guys go for it? 100 bucks total for a new bumper is a damn good deal, but how do I know if it's actually OEM or not?

This company or person has a big-azz list of all these other OEM bumper/fender parts for other cars, so it seems legit to me....any input?

That is only the upper half of the bumper... you will need an OEM bottom half or an aftermarket one. Otherwise... I'd say it's a good deal

 

Many on ebay are generic taiwan made copies. Generally, you can tell by the abs plastic, definitely not urethane at that price...

and OEM product will have the part number and a sticker or some marking from acura or honda.

They are reliable as bumpers i suppose. ABS plastic isnt as durable and suseptable to cracking under pressure unlike Urethane which can flex and be molded with a heat gun.

EDIT: to check if its a copy. ask the seller if there is the "integra" etching along the drivers side headlamps. The generic one wont have it but the OEM will.

 

looks like an aftermarket one to me, I don't see the "Integra" embossed into the driver's side.....also, for $50, more than likely it's not OEM

 

I don't know if you care or not, but it doesn't have 'Integra' stamped into the front right of it. Only OEM bumpers have that.
