Car:
2001 ITR
Header:
JDM 4-1, Spoon 4-1
Cat:
Car Sound 2.5"

With either one of these headers, will this setup pass California Smog emmisions tests?

 

i dont think it would pass a visual inspection if the inspector wants to be ****..but if the smog shops seems cool enough...it should pass the sniffer no problem

 

How about getting a JDM with all the heat shields?

 

yaya, the visual is your only problem unless you have in stealth mode (read: heat shields)

i like the sound of the posts...

as for the JDM header, that's kind of a toss up...call me a fool, but i love the idea of a "spooney" in the ITR. i've read all about the dyno results of the headers (results seem to vary for everyone) and the JDM is probably the "best bang for the buck" deal.

again, the heat shield aspect is cool...less worries i guess...
