Default Blue box light blinking, not staying on flat. Is this ok? *IGNORE, ANSWER FOUND*

I just installed my blue box, the car idles like **** at low temperature, but i guess that just has to do with it getting to much fuel. The blue box's light goes on and of blinking it dosent stay put on. Is this normal or should it stay on

Search provided nothing usefull...
