does anyone have a list of state ref locations and phone numbers, i searched here to no avail and google for like an hour and nothing.
i need one in socal but heard the fullerton college guys are harsh.

also all parts with a CARB # are ok right

i didnt know the skunk2 IM had a carb number, i had a proplem passing with my DC headers they wernt letting the cat get hot enough so i wasnt passing, if you have some time you might want to put that back to stock.

and i was searching the skunk2 site and it says carb exempt
