It cost 60$ to ebay it, but once you do that and sell the car, do you need to pay ebay any fees? also, what if someone bids and then dosent pay, do you have to pay the 60$.

No I don't think you pay any extra fees but I'm not 100% sure. My friend put it on for me. No i don't think you have to pay either if the buyer doesn't pay up but don't quote me.....
