make sure your floor mat isnt obstructing the movement of the pedal or cable. (happens to me all the time)
adjust the cable and see if that feels any better. if not, lube the cable.

i was thinking of taking the pedal cover thigns off...after market ones...c if that helps, but i think i should lube the cable first and then maybe c if that fixes it. hopefully its just that and not the cable going up

Has the pedal gotten stiffer?

My clutch pedal begins to feel wierd after driving for more than 20 minutes and using the clutch alot. It gets very notchy and gets much stiffer at the point closest to the floor. If I puch the clutch very very very slow, it sticks at a point, and I need to exert more pressure to push it down more. If I just use regular force and quickly puch it in, there's no real difference, except I can slightly feel and hear it being more notchy. Anyone no what may be causing this?

it can be a few different things, but, i can tell you one thing, that is, i have an exedy stage 1 and it is ****. everytime i beat on my b16, it feels softer. from my own personal experience with OEM, ACT, CM & exedy(basically oem), the exedy one was the last of the bunch. i know this doesn't help, but, at least you know not to buy or reccomend exedy stage 1 clutches.
